RE: Stroudsburg-Reeders Basketball, A Positive Experience
Herman:
We thought we would write you a note to let you know how we feel about your basketball program. Our experience during last year's summer session was nothing less than rewarding, fun, agrea experience, and encouraging to us and our children. We participated in another well known youth organization and found that the Stroudsburg-Reeders program is genuinely more concerned with the development and well being of its children participants than the other one was, in our opinion. I, Rober, coached for the first time a basketball team and came away feeling that I had the full support and guidance of the leagues' administrators. This positive involvement helped me to gain the confidence I neede to effectively coach a group of boys in a sport that I believe to be a great tool for teaching youths the value of team play.
We truly hope that this years' session will be just as rewarding as last year. We look forward to the start of the season and wish the best for you and your administrators.
In closing, we would like to thank the Boro of Stroudsburg as well as the Supervisors of Jackson Township for their efforts and cooperation in allowing the Stroudsburg-Reeders Basketball Program to have access to thir facilities. Without such intervention, the program would not be able to provide the community with the means for providing our children with positive/constructive interaction among all cultures and nationalities, whic is a need for our area
